      <image:title>How It Works - Can I claim a Medicare Rebate?</image:title>
<image:caption>To be eligible to receive psychological services under Medicare, you must be referred to your Psychologist by a GP under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Mental Health Treatment Plans obtained from your GP allow you to claim up to 10 individual therapy sessions per calendar year. A re-referral from your GP is required after 6 sessions which will then allow you to use the final 4 sessions. Medicare rebates are applicable for Telehealth Services, including phone and video-based appointments.</image:caption>

<image:title>How It Works - Do I need to see my GP before speaking with you?</image:title>
<image:caption>No. You can book an appointment at Cloud Psychology immediately without a referral. You only need to see a GP first if you would like to claim the Medicare rebate for your psychology sessions.</image:caption>

<image:title>How It Works - Does something have to be “really wrong” to see a psychologist?</image:title>
<image:caption>Nope. Absolutely anyone can access counselling with a Psychologist. Life is complex. We all have hopes, desires, fears and struggles and it’s more than ok to chat about those things. You might be feeling tired, exhausted, confused and just don’t know where to go to get some extra support. You could feel stuck. Overwhelmed. Maybe you just want to gain some extra clarity or focus. Perhaps you have started to question or learn new things about yourself or your relationships and it would be nice to have a place to explore this further. Maybe you are trying to find this “new normal” that everyone is talking about but you don’t know where to start looking. It may not even be yourself that you would like to chat about, you may be worried about a loved one, a partner, a friend. You might be worried that there will be judgment placed on you because you identify as something other than the majority. This identity may not even have anything to do with what you want to chat about. But it’s important for you to know that your psychologist won’t judge. They are accepting, understanding of certain stigmas, informed and can contextualize your experiences.</image:caption>
