Hi, Iā€™m Sarah, a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), founder of Cloud Psychology and an ethical human.

I work collaboratively with clients, leveraging from best practice and evidence-based techniques and strategies to help support you reach your goals and/or make change.

My approach is flexible and adaptive to suit individuals needs, and draws from Therapeutic frameworks such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Motivational interviewing to assist adults of all ages experiencing:

  • Life transitions and adjustments to change

  • Self-esteem and personal-development challenges

  • Work stress/work-life balance

  • Stress management

  • Depression

  • Anxiety including Social Anxiety

Following completion of a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours at Latrobe University and a Masters in Professional Psychology at Cairnmillar Institute, I have spent a number of years working in not-for-profit and private adult and youth settings within the Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug sector.

I am passionate about choice, equality and change, as well as acknowledging the importance of lived experiences and existing resilience.
